Infrastructure is good, WiFi enabled campus. This college has a very large building with different departments and also have smart classes with all modern amenities and gardens are so good to hsngout.
Academics are also good. I'm from electronics engineering my faculty is good and we get books from the library. I have studied several subjects in this college. Overall academic status is good and good faculty also.
I haven't been place till now, but I can tell you how many companies come to our campus, nearly 8-10 companies came by every year to this college fir technical as well as non technical placements and almost every student get placed.
The infrastructure of the college is good with ample of facilities to promote the growth of students. The labs are well equipped with latest instruments and there is a library with sufficient books to refer to. Hostels are maintained properly and there is Wifi facility available but with a very less data which is a big issue for students at present.
I am currently pursuing Electronics Engineering in the college as the field of electronics has always fascinated me. The quality of teaching is great and the curriculum is up to date. Other than that , the teachers encourage the students to learn other courses through NPTEL and other online platforms to stay updated with the technology in the field and also to make the students are job-ready.
The quality of placements at the college have been average and the average package offered to the students is 4-5 lacs per annum. Around 60-65 % students get placed every year. The highest package offered last year went upto 12 lacs per annum and it was offered to a few students from CS Branch.
The cost of Electronics branch for the first year is around 80k which gradually decreases each year to 75k ,70k and so on. The money is justified as the infrastructure as well as the facilities the college have developed a lot over the past few years.
The college campus is average with its pros and cons. There is a lot of greenery to sit and spend your time but there are lack of sports and activities in which students can engage. The staff is supportive. However, the environment is not safe for the localites and the administration does not take the responsibility for the same.
Good infrastructure best ....class rooms are good and clean environment ....library are well maintained in the are well cleaned and hygienic food. In college wifi are also available and in hostle also.
It includes all the recently updated development in every field. I study the course of electrical engineering. The faculty of electrical is very good .study makes job ready as well as for preparation for gate

Onee must prefer this college becuase it gives thee best placement and overall developmennt of students
MIT college has a very old infrastructure of 1957 however new buildings are being built. All the facilities are provided to students but the campus area is too short. the facilities provided in classroom are very good however not all classes are well maintained. The hostels are quite good and the facilities of food and hygiene is up to date. The college is well secured but regular disputes happened between Boys hostelers. But it is good to be here with low jee score.
I am studying electronics and telecommunication engineering because of my interest in this area. The quality of teaching is quite good and teachers try to give maximum out of themselves. the course gets updated time to time and it includes the recent developments and the facilities try to give all the required knowledge to the students. this type of study makes us job oriented and for preparation of exams like GATE .
The quality of placement has been good but average. Almost 30 to 40 % students are placed. the highest salary package has been 8 lakh per annum for ET. It has been 12 lakh per annum for CSE past year. despite the placements the process is very good and all the staff of college campus help students to get maximum out of them self.
The college has a good campus area and its infrastructure are quite old.all the equipments are present in the labs and the facilities are well qualified. Libraries are well maintained in the hostels are well cleaned and hygienic food is prepared for the students. Also the Wi-Fi availability is quite good in hostels.
I am studying electrical engineering. The faculty in electrical branch is very good. The curriculum is updated but the students are not aware of the recent developments as of such. Study makes us job ready as well as for the preparation of GATE.
Placements are not that good in this college. Almost 30 to 40% students are placed. The highest salary package was offered to CSE branch was 11 lacs per annum. Average salary for electrical is 20 to 30k. the placement process is very pleasant and the facilities are very supportive along with the college members.
MITS , is a great option for pursuing your bachelor's , even with low JEE MAINS Rank. The College is runs under JYOTIRADITYA SCINDIA'S Management & has all necessary infrastructure , facilities & Equipment , talking for any branch. The Faculties are Really very good , if u will to have a strong technical part . Almost all classes have a SMART CLASS TEACHING ASSISTANCE . Library, Hostel are well maintained , but food is not upto the Mark. Living spaces are cleaned on regular basis. Cheers✓✓
I am Studying ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING From this College , because of love towards physics since class 10th . Quality of teaching is Good here , & teachers give their Max. To us. The Curriculum is up to date & includes all the recent developments in the field. Time to time Industrial visits make it more good , & particularly help you to be job- ready.
Placement in MITS has been average. Bulk of Companies come & They take students. But Considering the percentage of it , it's about (40-50)% . The HIGHEST PACKAGE OFFERED here was , 10 lpa , by a product selling company. Average salary offered is around 30k/month. I have talked to Many seniors & basically they enjoyed sitting in placements, while college being supportive all the TIME.
My Course Costs 60k per year , but this has been increased in 2019. I feel am getting my money worth , since teachers are so helpful & always try to give you best & keep engaging us in some or other good Activities.
Canpus life Is GOOD. Places like Canteen , Amul Parlour , Nescafe are an attraction to students & in 2020 an OPEN GYM has been opened in college , which adds more to it. The only thing we don't like is the CAMPUS is not that big enough & people are limited to it. You can various dance , music , art club to be engaged. People here are not that much good , since mosti are from GWALIOR itself. Loaction of college is Good & campus can handle all emergencies well.
Overall its a good college with low JEE MAINS rank , & most importantly its an GOVERNMENT AUTONOMOUS INSTITUTION & reputable in MADHYA PRADESH.
College has good infrastructure ,. Very well built. But it ghas a old infrastructure . Corridor are well cleaned anx cleanliness of the campus it very mucch up to the mark ... Wifi is available for the students
Good academics activities .. with expertise faculties the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the computer science and engineering field this makes you job ready .........

I was a student of bechlor of engineering information technology branch quality of teaching is good and teachers are well educated curriculum is not so updated as it is affiliated by Rajeev Gandhi prodhokigi vishvidhyalya
Placements for information technology branch and computer science branch are quite good almost 60-70 percent students are placed in top companies with medium salary packages like tcs, wipro, accentuate and infosys
Collage fees is quite high around 80000 per year
Campus Life is good
Infrastructure of college is too good. Most of the money is invested in the infrastructure of the college. I think MITS has te best infrastructure in all MP. The campus is all full of greenery and there are different grounds around the campus.
I am persuing Information Technology from this college. The curriculum is all up to date and all well settled. Teachers are all supportive and always ready to help. The college uses every modern techniques to teach Evry class is equipped with smart classes.

The fees of the College is bit high for the middle class students. It costs around 80k per year. The hostel fees are other. As I do not live in hostel as I am a day scholar. Rest of the info is provided on the college website
The admission process for MITS Gwalior, like most NITs and private engineering institutions, is based on the rank obtained in the JEE Main exam, and the cutoffs for various branches and categories can vary each year. Based on your CRL rank of 725784 and your Gen EWS rank of 91098, getting admission into MITS Gwalior in popular branches like Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering may be difficult, especially for the general category, given the typically high demand for these branches.
Here’s a breakdown:
CSE (Computer Science Engineering) :
CSE is one of the most sought-after branches at any institution, and the cutoffs for this branch are usually very high. With your CRL and Gen EWS ranks, securing a seat in CSE might be a challenge, especially if you are competing with candidates from all over the country.
Mechanical Engineering :
Mechanical Engineering is also a popular branch, but the cutoff ranks tend to be lower than CSE. However, your rank might still be higher than the typical cutoff for this branch in MITS Gwalior, even with home state quota.
Civil Engineering :
Civil Engineering typically has a slightly lower cutoff compared to CSE and Mechanical Engineering, which may increase your chances of getting a seat. If you are considering this branch, you might have a better chance of admission, but it will still depend on the exact cutoff trends for that year.
Home State Quota (Madhya Pradesh) :
Home state quota may provide some relaxation in cutoffs, but the competition is still intense, and cutoffs are subject to fluctuation each year. The home state quota can help reduce the rank required, but your CRL rank will still play a significant role.
Conclusion : While it is unlikely to secure a seat in highly competitive branches like CSE at MITS Gwalior with your current ranks, you may have better chances in Civil Engineering with the home state quota. It's crucial to check the official cutoff trends for the current year through the official JoSAA website or MITS Gwalior’s counseling details for more accurate information.
I recommend you keep an eye on the official counseling updates and consider other options as well to ensure a broader range of opportunities. Good luck!
With an 86 percentile (rank 195589) in JEE Main, you are likely to be able to get admission to Madhav Institute of Technology and Science (MITS) Gwalior, but potentially for less competitive B.Tech programs. Specifically, you might have a good chance at programs like B.Tech in Information Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, or Computer Science and Design, as these programs had closing ranks in the 130,000-150,000 range in 2024 for the general category.
