St. Joseph’s College of Engineering on OMR stands out with its organized campus layout, lush greenery, and spacious learning areas. St. Joseph’s OMR campus has legit vibes—labs are stacked with all the tech gear an IT nerd needs, and the AC keeps everyone cool even in peak Chennai heat. Hostels are clean, food tastes great than other colleges.

College Infrastructure
The campus has a fresh feel with well-kept green spaces, bright learning halls, and tech-filled labs that make IT projects a breeze. Hostels are clean and secure, and the kitchen staff serve food that’s consistently good—though the menu doesn’t change much, which can get repetitive.

St Joseph college of engineering is a good college mostly like a school in Chennai.
So, you can not expect that Studnet of the year college life instead you will feel like you are still studying in a school. The restrictions and disciplines are on the next levels that most of the students do not prefer much because colleges are meant for overall development. There are some pros and cons of St Joseph college of engineering, Chennai.
Pros:
- Mess food is really awesome
- Highly graduated teachers with good academic
- Every note and academic is already shared with the students.
- Several clubs for the overall development of students and have fun.
- The placement cell of the college works well for the placement of the students and provides a good number of opportunities.
- Maximum no. Of exams are taken that helps students in scoring good marks.
Cons:
- Very harsh and judgemental if the candidate doesn't take studies properly and act miserably, breaks the rules and regulations
- Strict attendance policy
- A school experience rather than college life.
- Sometimes Saturdays are also under working days.

St. Joseph's College of Engineering is affliated to Anna University. Admission to various Branches of Under Graduate courses is through TNEA Counselling, Anna University will release online notification tentatively during the months of April/May and you can apply accordingly. Dear aspirant I didn't got your question properly, but Make sure if you get marks above than the cutoff of any college then you are eligible for the admission there .
cut off for each and every college differs according to admission process and no.of seats available in particular course.
