College is getting worser by the day

Batch of 2018 | BBA
Hi! My parents and I are cursing why we joined this useless college, St. Josephs and course called BBA. Let me discuss each and every point carefully. College infrastructure is very poor. No place to move, dirty classrooms and dirtier bathrooms. More like stinking bathrooms. You will find rats, cockroaches, broken commodes...unflushed for days bathrooms. My parents were shocked to see my classroom , the benches and chairs. Very uncomfortable. No place to play or hang around. Even if you want to, the good for nothing peons will abuse, spy and report about you to the faculty. They are given all authority to abuse physically and verbally any student they like. Yes, uneducated illiterate goondas are hired as peons in this college to torture students. Next, college placement is also poor. Nothing as advertised and hyped. In fact, most MBA students are sitting jobless and BBA students doing backend call centre jobs. Industry exposure is very bad. Most of the speakers who come are known contacts from OU and they don´t communicate well and make any sense. The guest lectures are nothing but a formality. One industrial visit to some local place..and that is the only industry exposure you get. Next, comes Faculty. This area of concern is even worse than the infrastructure. Faculty is useless except for 1-2 members. Most of teachers, including the HOD are frankly competent to teach courses like BBA and MBA. They are outdated in teaching methods, lack any intellect and maturity. To make matters worse, they behave even more badly than the uneducated peons. Very negative atmosphere create in the college due to faculty. Next comes college life. The only college life you will have in college is listening to the most boring lectures by the most uninspiring teachers. And, more than half the time, you are abused and tortured for the silliest of reasons. This staff has a lot of time on their hands for gossip and spying on their students. College life is fun only after college hours outside the college...you are kicked out by the peons and ugly, fat and rude teachers after college timings. Next comes, hostel...joke. Thank god there is no hostel. Student crowd is the only positive point. The quality of students is very good...most of them are highly intelligent, creative and talented. College staff cannot handle, engage and inspire us as we are much smarter than them. Affordability..forget it...you have to pay for every stupid thing...teachers come begging for 5 rs, 10 rs, 1500 rs, 5000 rs for various things. Basically, students are donating money for principal´s fancy cars and car drives with his female lecturers who look more like ayahs.

Batch of 2016 | BBA
This college has huge marketing posters and banners outside the campus. Don´t fall for these gimmicks. The college is average to below average in everything including the Principal or the quality of the staff. Except for a few, the faculty is below average. The main campus infrastructure is good. The extended campus for BBA and MBA is terrible and unhygienic. The only recommended course is B.Com as some of the commerce faculty are excellent. The other departments are okay ranging from poor to average. There are few exceptional teachers but the same cannot be said for the majority of the staff. Also, good teachers don´t last for too long in this college. The worst course is BBA and MBA. The management staff are out of touch with industry requirements, current educational practises, have zero corporate exposure, poor communication skills both oral and written, offer no practical exposure to the industry and last but not the least, have no respect for the students or parents. The teachers are poor to average in terms of intellect. They talk rudely like uncivilised people abusing and cursing students. Even the peons of the college are highly rude, uncouth and have a big ego with zero IQ. They don't do any real work except spying on students and reporting to the faculty. The student bathrooms stink for days with heavy smell of urine and faeces. The classroom are always dusty, dirty and the floors are never mopped. The chairs in the classroom are not comfortable for the students and there is always a problem with rooms. The extended campus as well as the faculty is unfit for management course. You will find rats, mosquitos and all kinds of pests in such dirty condition. Placements are not upto the expectations of a management student and as marketed by the college. This course is nothing but a money making sham. Everything is charged - parking, ticket fees for stupid and badly organised college events, for an ugly renovated parrot green library, baby pink uniforms, condonation, etc. Join at your own risk.

Faculty:Faculty is just the best I didn't expect this kind of care in my college life they care and guide in education.and this is a good platform to mould yourself into the best. Infrastructure :infrastructure was average but the education they provide won't get you the point of infrastructure Cultural activities and sports:Cultural activities are conducted frequently and encourage sports also. Joining in this college will give every one best experience and timing of college are convenient.and they guide about career also.
