Academics

Courses offered in our college are great. They match industry standards and they barely lack anything. They are updated regularly and multiple new methods for teaching are used. However, not all faculty members are professional enough. There is a delay in communication. Exam procedure is fair enough.

Have a question related to St Joseph's Degree and PG College, Hyderabad ?

If you haven't been allotted a seat in the spot round of the Delhi University (DU) PG Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) despite having more marks than the cutoff, you can consider the following steps:

  1. Check Eligibility and Documents:

    • Ensure that all your eligibility criteria and documents are in order. Sometimes, minor discrepancies or missing documents can cause issues in seat allocation.
  2. Contact the Admission Office:

I didn't qualify pu cet pg entrance exam for msc .and i have also filled admission application form for pu..so now ,can i get admission in colleges under pu .what should i do to get admission in them ????

No, unfortunately, qualifying PU CET (PG) is mandatory for admission to M.Sc. programs offered directly by Panjab University, Chandigarh.  This applies even if you filled out a general application form for PU.

However, there are still a few options to explore for admission to M.Sc. programs:

  1. PU Affiliated Colleges: Panjab University is affiliated with numerous colleges across the region. These colleges offer their own M.Sc. programs with separate admission processes. You might be eligible for these programs based on your graduation marks (though individual colleges might have entrance exams). Research affiliated colleges offering your desired M.Sc. program and check their admission criteria on their websites.

  2. Other Universities: Consider applying to other universities offering M.Sc. programs. Many universities conduct their own entrance exams, and some might accept your marks for direct admission. Research universities that match your interests and explore their admission processes.
