HELLO,

Yes, you are eligible to participate in the 2025 NEET PG counselling after resigning from your 2024 DB course , as resigning from a DNB program doesn't disqualify you from appearing for the NEET PG exam or participating in the subsequent counselling process, provided you meet the general eligibility criteria for the exam. As a resident of West Bengal , you will be eligible for both All India Quota and the state counselling for West Bengal, subject to the latest regulations removing domicile reservation in NEET PG .

Some points to keep in mind :-

1.You must have qualifies for the NEET PG 2025 exam to be eligible for counselling

2.You will need to register for the counselling process as usual when it is announced

Hope this Helps!

  • 2nd year: Rs. 71,680

Hope it helps !

Hello,

For D.El.Ed. admission, most colleges including CMD PG College generally ask for at least 50% marks in 10+2 (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST).

Since you have 42%, it will be difficult to get admission as it is below the usual eligibility and cut-off. You should confirm once with the college admission office for this year’s exact criteria.

Hope it helps !

There are over 55 medical colleges in UP for MD/MS admission in 2025–26 session.

You can see their last year cutoff below

Here is the U.P NEET PG RANK medical colleges.

Hope it helps.

To apply for a PG course at St. Joseph’s Degree & PG College, Hyderabad , first check eligibility—for MBA or MCA , you’ll need the TS ICET , and for MCJ or M.Com , the OUCET/PGCET . Visit the college’s official website, go to the “Admissions” or “Prospectus” section, and complete the online application form . Upload your documents, pay the fee, and, if required, attend counselling or a personal interview. After selection, complete document verification and pay the semester fee to confirm your seat. Keep an eye on the official portal for updates and deadlines.

Your CUET PG scores of 95 in General Management and 135 in the General Test are not competitive enough for central universities, even with OBC reservation.

Mostly MBA programs cutoff is above 180-200 for OBC candidates. You should focus on private, state, or affiliated colleges that have lower cutoff scores or evaluate candidates on additional factors like interviews.

Examples include Lovely Professional University, Graphic Era University, and others that accept lower CUET PG scores. You should also explore alternative entrance exams for a better chance of admission.

Good luck..

Unfortunately a score of 115 marks in NEET PG is extremely low to get a seat in MD (Paediatrics) in a medical college in South India. The cutoff marks for MD Paediatrics is higher, even for private colleges.

You need to reappear for next year if you are interested in this course.

work hard and try to achieve good AIR less than 350 so that you will get your desired course.

Hope it helps.

Hey:)

Thanks for reaching out!

With 115 marks in NEET PG, it's highly unlikely to get admission into MD paediatrics in any South Indian Medical college, whether government or private .The reason is that the qualifying cutoff itself is much higher, In recent years general category candidates needed atleast 280-300 above just to qualify, and even reserved Categories required more than 200.On top of that MD paediatrics is high-demand branch and the closing rank in South India are usually above 400-500.So,If you're really interested in pursuing MD paediatrics, it would be a good idea to consider preparing again and aim for 400+ in your next attempt.

All the best!

With a rank of 5931 in NEET PG 2025, you definitely have a good chance in DNB General Medicine. Looking at the previous year’s cut-offs, seats in General Medicine under DNB were usually available till around 7,000–8,000 ranks (sometimes even more depending on hospital and state).

At 5931, you should be able to get DNB General Medicine in reputed private hospitals and even some decent corporate hospitals. Of course, the exact seat allotment will depend on this year’s counselling trends, hospital preferences, and the category you belong to.

If you are specifically targeting DNB General Medicine, I would suggest keeping backup options like Respiratory Medicine, Pediatrics, or Anesthesia in mind too, since these branches also had similar or slightly higher cutoffs last year.

So overall, yes – with your rank, chances for DNB General Medicine are quite good in this counselling.

Hello Aspirant,

It is obvious you have a clear plan and a well-organized way to realize it. The BA Psychology through CUET is a smart and impactful place to start. After your graduation you could pursue Civil Services, which preserves your options in India, and pursue your PG in a Canadian university later, which will enhance international opportunities. What is important however is to make sure you prepare for UPSC while maintaining an academic performance that is strong enough to support both options.
