collage annual fee is different from one college to other, and our govt. has giving free seat to the muslims, I think you may not have the annual fee. if and only if your fathers annual income is less than 1 lakh.

In order to get admission in The National Institute of Engineering you have to clear cut of marks and score decent marks in the exam. Good Luck for your admissions.

You have very less chance of getting any college with this general category rank but still you can go and give it a try for mech engg may be your luck goes with you this time.

First of all the cutoff varies every year so its very uncertain to say whether you will get a seat or not but yes according to last year's cutoff i think you will be easily getting Nie mysore with cse or ece branch.
