This college has the worst infrastructure among all the engineering colleges in bangalore. It seems as if we are entering into some government school. there is not a single water purifier/filters, instead drinking water is kept in dirty water cans which do not get replaced for 2-3 days. Washrooms are in pathetic conditions; its like u go in to use the loo and come out vomiting, such is its condition. There's no lift in the college, so u have to climb stairs 6 floors up and down. Dirty classrooms
I'am currently studying computer science in AIML.Its a waste of 3.5 lakhs that we are giving to this college. There's no quality in teaching, all the teachers here are either those who were once student of this same college and did not get into any placements or they just come so that they can manage their house needs. No teacher is passionate about teaching or studying, they are just here for their salaries.Every teacher communicates in kannada, instead of english. The teachers have no experience.
The highest package in placements last year was 6-7 lakh per annum. No good companies come to the college due to its bad name in the society, poor standards of management, faculties, poor infrastructure. This college is famous for producing the largest no of incompetent and unskilled graduates every year.Placement rates are very less than what u might see on other platforms. They also bribe the members of NAAC and NBA so as to get good ratings on the online portals. Its just a money making factory.
It costs 3.6 lakhs per year and it's just a waste of hard earned money. The managing director of the college owns a Z900 bike, a mercedes car, porsche and lamborhini urus. This college heads enjoys from the money which students pay thinking that it will be used for their education and betterment but its a waste. Plus in case of any issues the management, principal treat the students very badly. They do not listen to any student queries as they are simply not interested.Their only concern is FEES.
This college is the worst, sometimes i imagine why is the government even allowing this college to function. Its worst here when it comes to infrastructure, teaching and basic facilities provided to students. The moment you enter the campus, its so depressing and toxic that if you are serious about studies and about placements, you just cant survive here. The teachers and management address the student so badly that most of the students just dont attend classes.
Due to such low standards of this college, most of the students studying are out of focused here, they do everyting except studying. 10-15 years ago this college was famous for murders, open robbery/lootings and stuff. I have myself seen students who engage physically in this college and hardly 1% will be able to make it through due to its poor standards. I strictly discourage anyone who plan to take admissions into this college just by looking at the name of the degrees it provides. Its a waste
College infrastructure is very good. There is ample space all around and filled with facilities. There is stadium, individual department building, a big library, and lots of computers which is enough for a batch.
Academically it is good, teachers are supportive and have good knowledge. They provide opportunity to do projects with international colleges and if you perform good then you get a chance to visit there but with your own expense.
It provides a average placement opportunity but gives you good placement training. All packages were average and lots of mass recruiters come there and they give joining letters very late mostly more than 6 months.
College infrastructure is very good. Placement is decent. Facilities are well provided and teachers are good.
Yes it does have tha necessary infrastructure but it does not all have all the things which it does require and classrooms are kinda good but it does not have the wifi and other smart boards and mess food and canteen food is average .
Well stocked library, teachers help students with resources. Practical discussions around case studies takes place often. Digital materials are provided for the academic purposes. Industrial visits are arranged twice a semester.
Althought the placement records were good but to be honest btech students who have passed out haven't got more than 5 LPA package and the highest package was 5.2 LPA and the campus is kind supportive.
Acharya Institute provides excellent facilities. We have amazing teachers. Friendly atmosphere. They provide us laboratories, libraries, sport facilities, hostels, rooms, wifi, smart boards. Food is not that good like every other hostel
I am doing my B.tech course there. I would like to do something in that field. I guess yes, the curriculum is up to date. Acharya college always refresh their books and study materials. Studying in my college makes me sure that I am job ready.
The quality of placements at my college has been very good. Almost more that 60% of the students were placed. The highest amount is I guess 10 lakh a month. Average salary offered is 50k to 1 lakh per month
My course expense is 2 lakh per year. Yes, Acharya Institute provides excellent facilities and services foe their students. For me the money i am paying right now is worth it. The facilities and the placements I can get covers all that..
The best things about my college is the friendly atmosphere, the first impression on me regarding the college was the behavior of teachers and students. I can't think about any worst features about my college
To sum up everything I would like to say that Acharya Institute provides excellent facilities and study materials. Allow your money and hard work is worth it. It will provide you placements in top notch companies
The campus is huge and the infrastructure is adequate for the present generation. The labs are well manintained and upto date with all the latest softwares. The hostels are well built and has adeqaute space. I was not satsified with the mess facility and the food served, the mess has to be improved . The students all have seperate email id with student management softwares.
All the faculty are well trained and qualified. The faculty both have academic and industry backgrounds to provide students with better exposure. The institute has good industry connection to provide students with interships and site visits.
I was not placed through the college i had to find my own work and I opted to do higher education. Not a whole lot of students were placed during my time in the college. This was most prominent in the mechanical egnineering determent.
The annual tution was close to 1.5Lakhs. I had good value for money from the institute, even though I was not placed through the institute . The industrial connection, and international university connection that I got from the institute was huge.
I alwasy felt the department had a good ethos with the inclusive classes and faculty. The student life in the department was wonderful. The faculty and staff from the institute were really helpful and i would give credit for molding me to the engineer and entrepreneur that I am now.
