RV College of Engineering placement department organises several training programmes for the students, such as soft skill training sessions, which include 36 hours of training by experienced speakers for second and third-year undergraduate students.

The placements were officially 100%. But the core placements were extremely rare. The placement process training was non existent. The placement process included internships that were not considered as final projects and that was why I had to drop my placement to pursue a final project as well.

A direct answer to your question is a NO, as RVCE does not accept JEE MAINS scores for merit-based seats. The only way to get admission is through the entrance exam: KCET( for Karnataka residents) and COMDEK UGET( for Non-Karnataka residents and Karnataka residents).
