Raja Rajeshwari College of Engineering is the best among the two. Though oxford offers 28 courses and Raja Rajeshwari 17, Raja Rajeshwari still beats it due to their overall performance. The fees of both the colleges is almost the same. Raja Rajeshwari College of Engineering also provides better facilities
