Infrastructure was really awesome, but lacks on faculty..no industry exposure and no placements were given...no IVs were taken after charging 50k as fees..but if see management was good as they have 3 schools attached to them..they need to grow more in faculty ....but good memories for a lifetime.

VSIT surely deserves special mention for its infrastructure, as it consists of A/C classrooms & labs, library, canteen, WiFi access; the college fees are bound to be expensive. ROI isn't great, as the factors of faculty, industry exposure, college life didn't meet my expectations. When it comes to the IV's and fests/other important events, the college management doesn't show serious interest. The faculty; some were good while others were not. The crowd here is decent; the surrounding area is really bad. During the placements season, reputed companies like L&T, TCS, Wipro, etc. come and hire a majority of the students (I got placed in Wipro). I would recommend my college to those students who didn't score well in HSC and CET exams, and also are willing to pay quite exorbitant college fees.

If you visit Vidyalankar Institute of Technology (VIT) for the first time, you’ll think it’s a MALL (I mean it). You can't make out where the classrooms are because the classrooms don't look like classrooms from outside. There is an amphitheatre which is visible from any corner of the engineering building. Laboratories are in the basement.Professors are co-operative. VIT strongly opposes ragging & also has its own anti-ragging committee, a trend started in many other engineering colleges also.
