A candidate must have passed the 10+2 Examination in any stream with minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidate) in aggregate.

• Seeking admission into a 5-year law course only the 10th and 12th qualification suffices with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.
• The qualifications for 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
• The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for SC/ST category.
