Applicants seeking admission into the 3-year program. LL.B. course must have passed +3 Degree Arts/ Science/Commerce Examination or any other equivalent examinations recognized by the academic council of the M.S. Law University, Cuttack, Odisha. • For the General Category, students must have secured 45% of the total aggregate Marks. • For the SC / ST Category, students must have secured 40% of the total aggregate Marks. • For the OBC Category, students must have secured 42% of the total aggregate Marks, but must not belong to the Creamy Layer Category.

• To be eligible for admission to a 3-year law course, the required qualifications are a 12th-grade education and a three-year graduation degree, with 12th grade being the basic qualification for admission into a 3-year law course.
• The qualifications of 10th, 12th (+2), and graduation may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
• The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.
