The criteria given by JIPMER that is 50 percentile for reserved category and 40 percentile for reserved category is only the qualifying criteria. It means you have passed that exam, it won't assure you a seat for MBBS in medical college. You have to score good for that.
Revising Ncert is absolutely essential and apart from that you must do previous year jipmer,aiims,jee question papers.
That should suffice.
