Hello, JIPMER is a brand in itself in medical field.. Obviously you will get job in both private and government sector.. You will most likely get a job in government sector irrespective of your MBBS college.

As per previous year information, there will be no issue as you are eligible to sit in JIPMER 2019 exam but this rule may or may not be changing in next year.
