Frankly speaking, 500 marks out of 720 marks will not help you get seats for MBBS in government medical colleges across India at All India Quota level. You need to score atleast 680+ marks out of 720 marks to have a chance of getting a seat in general category. In west bengal you need to score more than 580 marks to get a seat. The cut-offs vary every year. Refer the following link for more information-

Samrat ghosh The scores vary for different MBBS college's. Just getting 509+ will not serve the purpose. Checkout the link provided with the answer.
