Correct Answer: Rs 45,000


Solution : Answer = Rs 45,000

Number of shares Re-issued = (4500 shares)

Amount received at the time of forfeiture = (4500 shares x 30) = 1,35,000

Less amount of forfeited (debited) at the time of re-issue = 90,000

(4500 share x 20)

Capital Reserve = 45000
Hence, the correct option is 2.
