You can do one thing Go for the centres offered By the particular Exam and If You see Your city in the listed city then You should select the city while Filling the application form and if You are lucky enough You will end up getting Your city as the exam centre. It all depends on Which entrance test are you interested If the test receives more application form then Higher the chances because it will be conducted in more cities.
