As per your Query this is the difference between btech and integrated Btech,
B.TECH:
A Bachelor of Technology(B.E/B.TECH) is an undergraduate academic degree conferred after the completion of a three-year, a four-year or a five-year program of studies at an accredited university or accredited university-level institution.
Integrated B.TECH:
Integrated Btech is called as Dual degree here a student going to complete Btech and Mtech in combination of 5 Years.
