Hello student yes your new certificate Will be valid as well. You might be asked to submit both EWS certificate. But as far as you're full filling the eligibility criteria and you've a valid certificate you can claim your category seat for sure.

And yes at the time of admission/counselling you need to submit or verify all your documents in original hard copy.
