You will have to login, take the choice 2 and then pay the fee. Pls understand that choice 2 means you wish to participate in the second round but if no seat is allotted then the old seat will be mandatory. If the new seat is allotted, then the old seat will be cancelled.

If i choose choice 2 will there be all the options available for mofification and lower options of alloted seats were freezed or available to modify??

Tushar Desai No. How can that be? Once you choose option 2, you are asking for an upgrade so all higher choices will only be available. Choice 2 doesn't allow for re-modification but choice 3 does allow if I am not wrong.
