Hi Prasanna,
B.A in German language is an 3 year degree course.
There are above 60 colleges in India providing this course.

Some are

JNU, Delhi
Hansraj College, New Delhi
YMCA, New Delhi
Hindu College,Delhi
Miranda House, New delhi
Delhi College of Arts and Commerce
Ramjas College
IGNOU
Delhi University
Calcutta University
BHU, Varanasi
Keshav Mahavudyalaya
Amity University
Manipal University

Entrance exam in each college has their own eligibility criteria.A minimum of 50% marks in English at 10+2 is taken as an basic eligibility.
