I am sorry I can't help you in this matter.

There is no other way but to appear for both exam.

You can not change the exam dates but you can certainly get a way out of it.

As you must have already filled jee form and must be ready with full preparations. You must be preparing for it since long time  So it is not necessary that you must study for jee just before your exam , you can study psycology subject first  then you can take revision of jee chapters .

Do not get panic .
