i belong to BC-Vaniya Chettiyar do i need OBC-(NCL) certificate to write neet and attend counselling and I am from Tamil Nadu And in what category i should enroll in neet for my community OBC or anything else??

Candidates whose Caste is listed in the Central OBC list nca select ONC-NCL as their Category. Now Vania Chettiar falls under Central OBC list in the official website mentioned at: http://www.ncbc.nic.in/user_panel/GazetteResolution.aspx?Value=mPICjsL1aLv%2b2hza1cVSjGj2lbN6VTmq%2fWN4CcSyOxTDAvIblVnkv9NFuhO%2bdz42 . So you can select OBC-NCL as your Category while filling your application.
