You have fewer chances of getting a medical seat in Government medical colleges of West Bengal with a score of 458 marks and unreserved category, with or without state quota;  if we will keep last year's cutoff in mind.

Last year, 481 marks under state quota and 539 marks under all India quota were least cutoff marks required to get admission in government medical colleges in West Bengal.
