I couldn't be able to stick myself in study for long time. how to solve this issue in my lufe
Dear Adi,infact not sticking too much to a routine is good. It keeps the brain fresh when you come back from that small and unintended break. The brain fatigues itself when subjected to prolonged activities. So it is not a sin to take a break and get away with few "cheat moments". The brains decisions, reactions, processing of information and the related thought process associated with these are all cognitive and require mental capacity to carry out. Now this mental capacity is different for each individual and that is what sets the intellectuals apart from the common ones. Now coming to looking for a solution to increasing your mental capacity, I have a game plan for you. Have you ever heard of a Marshmellow test? It is a test in which you gift yourself after succeeding in a test. To simplify it for you, lets say, you can only read or concentrate for 30 mins. Next time you sit to read, set an alarm for 45 minutes. And promise yourself that if you can clock 45 minutes of concentration, you gift yourself a 15 mins "throwback time to think about whatever you want to". And set an alarm for these 15 minutes too. Now after 2-3 days, increase the 45 minutes threshold to 90 minutes and so on. And increase the chill time only by 5 minutes so that you do not chill more and study less. I am a Psychologist and this is a tested method. Do try this.

I know sitting for long hours for self study is a difficult task but I am here to help you with that. First of all , don't suddenly start sitting for long hours for studies , I mean for the first 3-4 days you can make study shifts of 2 hours only and slowly you can increase this to 4-5 hours in a week or two. One more thing is that don't study the same subject for long time, for example if you hate biology; then you will not be able to study it for 5 hours continuously so what you can do is to mix it with a subject which you love to read , let's say physics. In a shift of 5 hours You can study biology for 2 hours and then switch to physics which you love for 1 hour and then get back to biology for the left 2 hours. You should apply this., it will work.

This is the problem with everybody that they are not able to concentrate easily and they are very easily distracted. It's not a problem you can and take a subject of your choice and sit with that with instructions of like put your phone on silent mode and do not use it until you complete the topic study for 1 hour and not pressurize yourself to study more than that as you are already feeling problems in concentrating. Before studying try to meditate for 5 minutes and then sit. Don't worry if you will try this trick this will help you and don't try to take tough topics. Initially try to set and take topics that you can do easily start with m and then switch to though topics. I hope this helps.
