Hi Rajesh I am very sorry to say that 15 percentile in CET is a very less and since mechanical cutoffs in Mumbai are very high for every college there is absolutely no chance that you can get into mechanical field in Mumbai at least. Mechanical field is one of the most sought after courses in Mumbai and the cutoffs for this course is usually at about 110 to 120 marks which roughly translates to around 90 percentile for open category. Even if you are from any other category 15 percentile is a very less score and hence it is not possible to get into mechanical in Mumbai
