For a general candidate there are not much options at this 84.65%ile.
You haven't scored enough to get NITs/IIITs and GFTIs .So you can try for state engineering colleges.You can get state engineering colleges of your home state and private colleges also.
There are not so much government college offering AI or Cyber specialization.
Few of the IITs/IIITs/NITs have this specialization and also some private universities like SRM,CU etc.
So you can decide whether you want government college(You won't get AI/Cyber) or private college(You'll get ).
