Well since Vasavi College of Engineering,Hyderabad takes admission through TS-EAMCET , so you are not eligible to get admission by JEE Mains percentile/rank. You need to give TS-EAMCET and on the basis of your rank in the exam you will be able to get a seat in Vasavi College of Engineering.
