I got less percentage in 10 and 12 around 60-75 and graduation around 80. I am from ST category. How much percentile I have to secure to get into top 3 IIMs

Your 10th and 12th Mark's percentage is good in ST. Category. And graduation mark's also good. So your background is strong.
You applying for CAT and get 65% to 70% in your category then you can easily get admission in top three IIM college's.
