If someone opts for hindi medium instead of English medium in an exam, the test booklet will be provided in hindi and english both Therefore, if you are facing any problem with the meaning of question, translated version of such question will be provided.it is always depends on If a candidate opts for any other medium than English, then he/she will be provided the booklet in both English and the language chosen by candidate.

For example When you choose Hindi as your medium language for NEET , by default you will get both Hindi & English language QP for your exam.
