According to previous years cut off analysis (which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year , depending upon no of applicants and difficulty level of aiims this years so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity), cut off ranks for aiims(from general category ) go max to max upto 1353 for the previous  aiims up untill 2018 (delhi,bhopal,patna,jodhpur,guntur,nagpur,rishikesh, raipur, bhubhneshwar, ) , might not have a chance at these aiims,however for the new participating aiims this year nothing can be predicted with sureity as no previous data is available about them so you might /might not have a chance depending upon current years turnout.
