I have done my 10th and 12th from Delhi but I belong from UP, I did a mistake by filling UP in state of eligibility column instead of Delhi.

As the NEET UG application correction window is also closed then there is only one left for you to send an email to the NTA officials mentioning your problem. But I think this will affect your state quota result. But don't lose hope prepare well and crack this exam with flying colours.
How will it affect my state quota results? You are freaking me out. I mean I don't my this year to go in vain. I would be able to get admission in UP right if I get ample marks in NEET?
yes you will get admission irrespective of which state you filled in I mean you will get the UP state quota not the Delhi as you dont fill it and dont worry, there is nothing to freak out and you will not loss your year if you study well. Good luck.
