You can fill Haryana NEET applicaiton form for counseeling with UR Category. If your income in the family is more than the eligibility for Haryana, you will be considered under UR Category only by default. So you can select EWS in Delhi State Ciunselling and UR under Haryana State Counselling. For any help or guidance during counselling, use our MBBS Companion: https://www.careers360.com/mbbs-companion
