As your percentage in 12th board examinations is 67% it is not a bad score but with this percentage there are no chances of getting a good goverment college,as minimum percentage required for the admission in any government college is 75%.Although your rank is good enough, that's why as per my thinking, you should apply once for the government colleges also for getting admission there in the branches in which you are interested.
