Yes you will have to submit you willingness in every round of counseling in order to proceed to the next round if you want or to accept the sear you are allotted of you are satisfied choose freeze if you are satisfied with the college but not the branch then choose slide if you are not satisfied with your college and branch then choose float but yes you will have to submit you willingness in each round in order to proceed to next round.
