I have joined doon medical college through state qouta in 1st round counselling and want to upgrade my seat to another college.

Dear Ayush, you have mentioned you have joined the College. Ideally for upgradation in Round 2, you should have registered and completed choice filling which happened on July 15th and then the seat allottment list was released on 23rd July. Now if you have missed registering then, unfortunately you cannot upgrade now.
