Hello dear

Sometimes due to connection error or server error or any other technical glitch the payment from your side is done but the receiver doesn't get the money and when this happen your bank handle this glitch and look after it that whether the payment is received to other end or not and if payment is not completed than that transaction will be revert back and this process take some time may be 2-3 days.

Also if the receiver doesn't get the fee than your form is also not submitted so you have to fill it again .

Otherwise you can contact the bank with your transaction details .
