sorry bro but this is just a reasonable rank. But yeah you can get government college in odisha . CHAnces are quote low but not zero if you use your OBC quota state quota (if u are a odisha domicile ) then you might get admission in goverment college.

Based on the last year cutoff it is not easy to get government college with this rank, but you can get a good private colleges in the state- Odisha, you should wait fill counselling , the data change every year according to the preference of candidates.
