I joined degree at 2014 in agriculture college and research institute. but due to some health issues I couldn't complete my degree. now I want my certificates back. but the problem is university made rule about discontinuation penalty around 2 lakh in 2020. the penalty is also for me ?

Dear Arthi,

As you haven’t mentioned the place of your college, I would suggest you to go directly in the college administration and state your issue. As you had health issues, you’ll have proof of the same. In this case they might consider the penalty fee for you. In case the administration offices doesn’t offer any help, I would suggest you to write an application stating your issue e and attaching the documents needed for proof.
