Usually refund gets done within 7-10 days, if it hadn't so far it's better to raise this query with your bank, you should try to reach out to the officials, or if there is possibility to done the same in online mode then you can consider this option as well, is there is grievance cell for customers in the official website of your bank, you can do this, or you may also send an email stating your query to bank manager, visiting in person rather can be more beneficial as it's already going to be a month.
