It's generally not possible to obtain a Transfer Certificate (TC) for Class 12 if you haven't completed the final exams. The TC is typically issued upon successful completion of the final exams.

As an alternative, you can do one of these things

• Re-enrolling in Class 12: You could re-enroll in Class 12 at another school and complete the final exams.
• Equivalency Certificate: In some cases, you might be able to obtain an equivalency certificate if you have completed an equivalent course or program.
• Bridging Course: Some colleges or universities might offer bridging courses or foundation programs to help students who have not completed Class 12 or its equivalent to prepare for higher education.
