Admission solely depends on your rank secured in NEET pg exam and the cutoff released by AFMC for different streams. Do check for the cutoff any apply for the streams.

Possibility increase when rank goes down still competition is very high as there are big number of candidates and very less number of seats. This makes challenging for students even having a low rank.
