if a candidate gets a seat in the college and he reports there and then withdraw from that college. what happens to the counselling fees of INR 20000... it is being mentioned that it should be refunded but the college is not refunding it.. not UPSEE is responding . how to get the refund from upsee

hello,

Yes, UPSEE counselling fee is refundable if and only if the candidate is not allotted any seat in any round of counselling or if the candidate withdraws from counselling before he/she freezes the seat allotted. In your case, if you first freeze your alloted seat then withdraw then you are not eligible for the refund but if not then you will get refund for that you need to contact the upsee conducting body.
