Sorry to say you but if you want to get admission in good government colleges which are basically top colleges also, then you must should have minimum 580+ marks in home state quota.

But honestly speaking ,day by day  the cut of marks is continuously increasing. That's why for general and all India rank quota you must should have 600+ course gate top colleges of Mumbai.

However don't worry there are also in lots of other government colleges. List of some top government medical colleges
