Hello Sajid

Yes,u need centralised OBC certificate..State issued certificate will not work..Contact the local authorities such as grahak seva Kendra to get it done..

the second option is

You can take admission as unreserved candidate .But this will not provide you scholarship.

So please make an OBC centralized certificate.

But I heard that to get admission in dtu in OBC category your certificate should be of Delhi government

If you want to get admission in DU than the OBC certificate should be assign by central authority.
I think you should have both the certificate's.
It will be helpful for you in future need.
