What to do if u r willin to give AIIMS PG but u have been alloted a choice in 2nd round of PrePG AIQ Councellin...cant v leave it later on??

Its not like that, if you get a college in second counselling through all india quota counselling, then you may not be getting college through state quota counselling (according to some states policy)..
