Hello,

According to your question the name in Aadhaar card and class 10th certificate is same but in other documents it is different. You can either apply for name correction for other documents in which your name is different from the one in Adhaar card and class 10th certificate or you can get an affidavit stating that both the names belong to you. Affidavit is document in which the statement of an individual is declared to be true and it is a legal document.

My meaning was that, in aadhar my name is wrong but in 10th marksheet it is correct. My name in photo id(aadhar) and marksheet is different. As my senior told i may face problems while documents verification. so should i make affidavit which states that name aadhar and marksheet belong to same person?
