Hi Candidate,

Let me explain you about the Counselling Process- In the Counselling Rounds, a candidate gets three options namely- Freeze, Float and Slide after he is alloted a Seat.

The Slide and Float options are used to reshuffle the seats again as per the locked choices of the candidate and get him a chance to get a better seat in the Further Rounds. The Freeze option is used to lock the seat by confirming the Admission and not participating in the further Rounds.

Hope that this answer helps you.
