Ipucet b.tech rank 15040 out side delhi obc...in..please guide me for counselling also tell me the chance for admission in any ip college.

No you will not get a good or average college in ipu.In spot round also you will get a bad college.So better option is to go for other colleges of try by management so in that you have to give a huge amount of money around 5-8 lakhs.
