First of all I would like to tell you there is no Ideal age to start you are just 20 , many people get banking job at 25 and some even at 30 . So are not they late ? But even then they prepared for that why ? Because they want to work and as long as you have desire to work to do something every thing is fine . Always remember Age is just a number and It is never late to begin .

You are just 20 and for jobs like Bank P.O. minimum age is 21 . So you are not much old , you are quite young . You have time of one year and that is enough for preparing for banking examination . So , practice hard and you will get success , if can't get it once it is not over you have many more attempts . Some clear it in just one attempt and some in their 4th or 5th . So , don't care about anything just avoid overthinking and try to focus only on your preparation .
